Here is a new release of µTimer, it is now version 0.4.
This version only introduces lower requirements for Glib and intltool.
Glib needs to be at least version 2.16.6.
Intltool needs to be at least version 0.37.1.

This version introduces new features and also lots of code improvements.

µTimer 0.2 had copyright issues so we fixed this and here's the new version 0.2.1 that will "replace" the 0.2 version.
